Raise your voice
with the tongue
of your pen,
write
the word of God, this book with
your three
fingers; and God was
with him as guide, and he wrote
all that was commanded
and he came reciting the words
of God to the Jews circumcised
in the flesh as well as the
dullheaded and poor, but
they paid no heed to the form
of his coming, spoke of him
and his god in unimaginable
terms
