PASTELLE IN BLUE by IDA MAY BORNCAMP

First Line: ARABESQUES OF MORNING
Last Line: ONLY FAIRIES KNOW.
Subject(s): BEAUTY; MORNING;

Arabesques of morning,
Wondrous to behold;
Jeweled cherry blossoms
Set in charming mold.

Fragile colors melting
Into faint blue mist;
Delicate as dewdrops
Sun has gently kissed.

Visionary fancies
Fashioned with a glow
Spun from soft enchantment
Only fairies know.
