TIDY by EMELDA DESHAIES

First Line: SHE KEEPS HER DRESSES CLEAN AND STYLISH
Last Line: ABOUT AS FAST AS SHE CAN THINK.
Subject(s): CLEANLINESS; GOSSIP;

She keeps her dresses clean and stylish;
Her house, too, surely is among
The places which are always tidy;
But oh, she has a careless tongue!

Her face and hands and hair are cleanly,
But then her tongue is dipped in ink;
And so she blackens all the neighbors
About as fast as she can think.
