THE WIND by OLIVER MURRAY EDWARDS

First Line: BLOW, BLOW, BLOW
Last Line: THOU HAST STREWN WITH WRECKS THE SEA!
Subject(s): DISASTERS; NATURE; SEA; SHIPWRECKS; TRAGEDY; WIND; OCEAN;

Blow, blow, blow,
From whither and whence, O Wind!
Sweeping the land and ocean,
Death lurks in thy wake behind.

Within the woodland reaches
Hath fallen the mighty tree,
Missing are ships of ocean,
Thou hast strewn with wrecks the sea!
