TWO CROWNS by OLIVER MURRAY EDWARDS

First Line: THE KING OF GLORY
Last Line: IS KING OF KINGS.
Subject(s): CAVALRY; COURTS & COURTIERS; CROWNS; ROYAL COURT LIFE; ROYALTY; KINGS; QUEENS;

The King of Glory
To earth came down,
Left Heaven's splendor
And kingly Crown.

The King of the Jews
Was manger born,
On Calvary's Cross
Wore Crown of thorn.

The Cross triumphant
This message brings:
The Meek and Lowly
Is King of Kings.
