Last Line: YET MORE FOR WHAT HE MAY BE.
Subject(s): LOVE; THOUGHT; YOUTH; THINKING;

THE lisping maid,
In shine and shade
Half elfin and half human,
We love as such --
Yet twice as much
Will she be loved as woman.

THE GIRLS'

The boy we see,
Of two or three --
Or even as a baby,
We love to kiss
For what he is,
Yet more for what he may be.
