LIMERICK: MAID OF ALGERIA by JOHN BANISTER TABB

First Line: THERE WAS AN OLD MAID OF ALGERIA
Last Line: "IT WILL BE SAID THAT I DIED OF HYSTERIA."

There was an old maid of Algeria
Whose lungs were but cells of bacteria;
So she cut them both out,
Exclaiming, no doubt,
"It will be said that I died of Hysteria."
