First Line: IF THE OAK IS OUT BEFORE THE ASH / THEN WE'LL ONLY HAVE A SPLASH
Last Line: THEN WE'LL SURELY HAVE A SOAK

IF the oak is out before the ash,
Then we'll only have a splash;
